In March 1925, when the first composition of the executive committee of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Region was elected, A. Sydykov and his associates, including I. Aidarbekov, were not included. In April 1925 he was appointed the plenipotentiary representative of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Region in Central Asia. Tashkent city.
